Andrew has been a competitive swimmer for the past 13 years competing throughout PVS and HSL. He is an accomplished swimmer making it to the varsity level all 4 years of high school and being named to the state team his senior year. He is excited to bring his swim experience and technical prowess to the Reflection Riptides.

Makayla is excited to lead the Riptides this season as Head Coach. She’s been a part of the team for 13 years and started swimming competitively at age 5. She’s previously served as a Junior Coach for 2 seasons and an Assistant Coach for 1.

Makayla also competed as a varsity wrestler at Herndon High School, bringing a strong athletic background and team-first mindset to her coaching. She’s looking forward to helping swimmers improve, have fun, and build confidence in and out of the water.
