Attendance

• Practice is extremely important to make our team better swimmers and needs to be attended everyday
• If your swimmer is not able to attend practice a coach needs to be contacted letting us know why the swimmer is not able to attend

Gear Required

• Goggles are needed every practice from the start of the season through the end coaches will carry extra with them but they have a limited supply.

Practice Rules

• Swimmers need to be ready to work hard! these workouts are made weekly and we will work on things that the coaches believe need improvement throughout our whole team and also for your swimmers personal improvement.
• We will do workouts inside and outside the pool to make sure your children are well stretched to keep muscles healthy so swimmers must be ready for both workouts inside and outside the pool. 
• Swimmers must come to practice ready to listen and learn! We will be giving your swimmers one on one help and expect them to listen to us and try what we are telling them to do!
• Keep hands to themselves!
• Be respectful to all coaches, team reps, parents and other swimmers!
